THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY IN PAKISTAN
We've done what others backed away from due to capital constraints. Using our existing machinery and 70+ years of manufacturing expertise, KMM has successfully developed the BLDC Hub Motor for two-wheeler E-bikes — entirely in Pakistan.
THE MOTOR UP CLOSE
THE CHALLENGE WE SOLVED
Every OEM is currently forced to import E-bike kits from China in bulk, waiting months and paying steep freight costs.
When a part fails, OEMs must ship it back to China. No technical expertise exists locally for repairs or replacements.
Local manufacture, immediate replacement warranty, after-sales technical support, and flexible small-batch ordering.
Honda, Yamaha and every major Pakistani OEM is launching E-bikes. The window to become the domestic supplier is now.
WHAT'S IN THE BOX
A complete conversion kit — without battery — to transform any petrol 70cc motorcycle into a battery-powered E-bike.
CASE STUDY
TCS (Pvt.) Ltd. — Pakistan's largest courier service — operates a fleet of 4,500 motorcycles and is actively seeking to electrify it to save millions in fuel costs.
TCS has already installed solar panels at main offices for rider charging and is trialing 100 electric scooters in Islamabad. KMM has been contracted to manufacture delivery box mounting brackets.
TCS is ready to convert 100 motorcycles immediately. KMM is preparing molds, dies, and raw material supply chains to execute at scale within 3 months.
